about us

Our Story

We created CAN BE because we believe everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and supported — no matter their age or starting point. As physiotherapists working in musculoskeletal care, we’ve seen firsthand how much confidence, independence, and quality of life can improve when people are given the right tools and guidance.

We’re two friends and co-founders who came together with a shared mission: to change the way people think about aging. Too often, people over 50 are told to slow down or accept decline. But that’s not what we see in clinic — and it’s not what we believe. Strength can be rebuilt. Movement can be empowering. And with the right support, you can feel better than you have in years.

CAN BE is more than just programs — it’s a message.
You can be stronger. You can be more confident. You can be in control of your health and movement. Our programs are evidence-based, easy to follow, and grounded in years of clinical experience. They’re built to meet you where you are, and grow with you.

We’re proud to support a community of people who are rewriting the story of aging — with strength, clarity, and self-belief.

Who We Are

Our Relationship

We first met at university, where we bonded through our physiotherapy degree and playing side by side on the volleyball team. From classmates to teammates, we quickly became close friends and each other’s biggest support system — both in studies and in life.

After qualifying, we began our physio careers together, and by chance (or maybe fate), we ended up as colleagues again later down the line. Through all the ups, challenges, and changes, we’ve remained best friends — and now, co-founders of CAN BE.

Built on years of shared values, experience, and a deep love for helping people, CAN BE is our way of bringing that same support to others — with care, clarity, and a little fun along the way.
